What the day will look like Support Account Managers on consultative services to clients Handle client enquiries and liaise with insurers and service providers Work closely with underwriters on policy matters Checking policy documents and prepare debit notes Provide support in data analytics and result interpretation Maintain the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, provide assistance in report development in clear and concise manner Process post-renewal documents and follow up Skills and experience that will lead to success University graduate with relevant experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm or insurance company(ies) Holder of FLMI or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV are preferred Mature and be a self-starter Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills Good analytics and negotiations skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 2580540
