Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Assistant - Account Receivable (Temp. contract - 8 months) as below: Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for an Account Receivable Assistant who can support daily billing tasks, manage customer outstanding balances, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely collection. The ideal candidate should have basic English communication skills (reading and writing emails) and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: Issue and send VAT invoices to customers on time. Prepare, verify, and combine documents for invoice submission. Manage and send out weekly/monthly statements for credit customers Contact and remind customers about overdue payments via email/call Update AR chasing status and report to the team leader regularly. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all assigned tasks. Coordinate with internal departments when necessary. Qualifications University/College graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic English skills (able to read and write work-related emails). Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, basic formulas, data filtering). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Prefer candidates with experience in accounting, billing, or administrative tasks (not mandatory).
