Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations of a hotel precinct comprising three properties within the Accor network. Reporting to the Precinct Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate daily postings, performing reconciliations, and liaising with both internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with early-career experience who is looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing and collections. Perform credit card reconciliations and investigate variances. Ensure accurate allocation of receipts and payments. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processing as required. Support cashiering functions, including daily cash reconciliations. Assist with month-end processes and reporting tasks. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Qualifications 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role (AR and AP) Experience with OPERA Cloud PMS (preferred) Solid understanding of AR, invoicing, and reconciliations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational teams Proactive, organised, and able to meet deadlines Additional Information Why Join Us?
