Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administration roles, preferably in a similar position.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process payments, including vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and utility bills.
- Support in preparing monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist with tax filings, VAT submissions, and audits as required.
- Maintain an organized record of all financial documents for easy retrieval.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and courier services.
- Handle inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Maintain employee attendance records and assist with payroll processing.
- Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and manage appointments for senior staff.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in preparing documentation.
