Description

 Overall control of the finance and accounting functions
 Maintenance of accounting records and books in line with IFRS and local legal
requirements
 Maintenance of accounting records for VAT filling and filing VAT returns
 Prepare forecast, budgets and monthly/yearly financial results with budget vs. actual
analysis
 Provide an effective MIS to the management
 Establish effective credit control procedures, regular monitoring of accounts receivables
and take necessary steps for early recovery
 Analyze credit worthiness of the customers and fixing credit limits
 Implement effective inventory management systems with adequate accounting of
consumption and periodic inventory verifications
 Improve existing processes and streamline workflows
 Prepare year-end audit schedules and liaise with auditors
 Liaise with banks for day to day banking activities
 Management of working capital with emphasis on receivables and inventory
 Establishing and monitoring a “quote to cash” process
 Maintain payroll, personnel records in compliance with local laws
 Verification of supplier bills, day to day expenses, commission to sales personnel, etc.
 Scrutinizing General Ledgers, advances to suppliers, advances to staff and reconciling
the same
 Reconciliation of group company accounts and bank accounts
 Preparation of Set up and implement inventory management policies as well as procedures.
 Conduct weekly and monthly physical assets as well as tools count in the company and highlight variances
to the management.monthly payrolls and distribution of salaries to employees
 Work with the warehouse team to implement and ensure control system to reduce damage, breakage as well as
inventory obsolescence.
 Maintain accurate posting of all inventory transactions into the system.
 Liaise with necessary government agencies for permits/documentations.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
