ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • High proficiency with current office technology and equipment including computer packages such as Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with people at all levels
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accounts payable and weekly creditor payment runs.
  • Processing and reconciliation of staff expenses & credit card transactions
  • Assisting with financial transactions and monthly reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of memberships fees received with the CRM program.
  • Cashflow analysis and reporting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Have active involvement with systems / process improvement and ad-hoc projects
