Description
Reporting to the Finance Operations Team Leader, you'll join a close-knit finance team and progressively take ownership of a broader range of accounting responsibilities.Your responsibilities will include:Managing Accounts Payable for domestic and overseas suppliers
Processing invoices and managing approval workflows
Coordinating weekly supplier payment runs
Processing operating expenses and rent payments
Managing employee expenses and corporate credit cards
Managing intercompany transactions and overseas payments
Performing bank and intercompany reconciliations
Supporting month-end / EOM close, including journals and reconciliations
Assisting with fixed asset accounting and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the annual fixed asset audit
Assisting with OPEX monitoring and budgeting
Supporting annual budget preparation and budget rounds
Providing support across Accounts Receivable and broader accounting functions
Assisting with internal and external audit requirements
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting broader finance processes
