We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Qualified/AAT Accountant/Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a range of accounting services to their clients. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients, including SMEs, sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies across multiple industries. They have a major client where you will liaise regularly and build your industry knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assisting/Preparation of statutory accounts
· Assisting/Preparation of corporation tax computations and returns
· Assisting with management accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping for clients
· Supporting audits
· Liaising directly with clients to obtain records, resolve queries, and deliver high levels of service.
· Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and maintenance of client records
· Supporting senior accountants and partners on ad hoc tasks and advisory projects
· Staying up to date with financial reporting and tax legislation changes
