JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant – Accounts cum Admin to support the financial and administrative functions of our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the team with day-to-day office administration.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting/admin role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software , Tally,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTING DUTIES:

  • Assist in preparing and processing client invoices and supplier bills.
  • Maintain proper records of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare petty cash statements and handle reimbursements.
  • Assist in monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Support the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance.
  • Update accounting software (e.g., Tally/Zoho Books) with all financial transactions.
  • Follow up with clients on pending payments.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Maintain organized documentation for company records and correspondence.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
  • Support HR functions including leave tracking and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in scheduling internal meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Support logistics and documentation for IT & ELV project deliveries.
