Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Assistant Accountant to support our Darwin Commercial operations. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with both senior management at our Darwin site and the National Support Office team to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive financial data
