Your Role

Working closely with the wider finance team, you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, month-end processes and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Management of accounts receivable activities
• Assist with month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Assist with BAS preparation and other statutory reporting requirements
• Prepare audit schedules and provide assistance throughout the audit process
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to support business objectives
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as required

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1-2 years' experience in an accounting or finance position
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using accounting software and financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
