Responsibilities

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN THE ACCOR PERTH REGIONAL OFFICE FINANCE HUB IN THE CENTRE OF PERTH CBD AND REPORTS TO THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A NUMBER DUTIES INCLUDING:

  • Providing 3 remote ibis Styles hotels with finance related support including daily revenue and bank file import; Bank reconciliation.
  • Process end-to-end payroll and ensure compliance Awards, tax and superannuation obligations. Respond to payroll and payment queries.
  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations, respond to supplier queries.
  • Assist the Financial Controller with month end ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Analysis of financial reports to enable reporting to internal / external stakeholders
  • Assist the General Manager with the preparation of the Monthly Hotel Management report and the Annual Business Plan.
  • Ad hoc duties across our hotels/ hub to assist the team when required.
    Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, within the hospitality industry.
  • Relevant qualifications.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management Skills, to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and a positive can-do attitude.
