REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our Live Nation Venues finance team and play a key role in our ongoing success.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support our Australian venues, assisting with key reporting, reconciliations, and financial processes. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare BAS reports and assist with monthly tax compliance.
• Support the Financial Accountant with monthly stock take reconciliations.
• Review and verify coding of venue credit card transactions.
• Assist with monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reporting commitments for the APAC region.
• Prepare quarterly sponsorship reporting.
• Manage debtor invoice requests and follow up as required.Assist with ad-hoc reporting and tasks assigned by the Financial Controller and Finance Director.
