Main responsibilities: To conduct the following within prescribed deadlines: - Prepare and post final bookkeeping entries required for producing financial statements and management accounts. Perform bank and any other reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of client VAT, TDS and other basic Tax Returns. Assist in the filing of financial statements, tax returns and other statutory returns within deadlines. Provide additional bookkeeping and accounting support to Accounting staff and assist with ad-hoc projects from time to time. Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS or other designated accounting framework(s) from the accounting records. #LI-LL1 #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Completed ACCA Level 2 and/or having first degree in accounting field. Knowledge/skills/experience 2 years of accounting experience would be desirable Willingness to learn NAV, Efront systems and Value Financials software. Ability to learn IFRS as well as any other relevant accounting framework. Use of Word, Excel and Outlook are important. Competencies Attention to detail Possess good communication skills. A good team player. Ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Ask for assistance whenever required. Willingness to learn and take on additional challenges.
