Assistant Accountant

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Reconciling supplier statements for both local and intercompany ledgers
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reconciliations
• Provice clerical and administrative support
• Working alongside the financial accountant to assist with ongoing projects
• Handle supplier queries in a timely manner
• Processing Local supplier payments
• Overdue invoice follow-ups and ensuring that the invoices are paid in a timely manner

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Experience with SAP
• Attention to detail with precise data entry skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
  This is an immediate need for an initial commitment for an initial 3 month assignment.
