PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking an Assistant Accountant for a maternity cover position. The role will support the financial operations within a dynamic team, and is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to enhance their accounting skills in a thriving consulting environment. Responsibilities The responsibilities for this role will include: Manage daily invoicing and billing operations. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable, bank transactions, and other accounting entries. Maintain a well-organized digital filing system for corporate documents and supporting documentation. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and general ledgers. Process invoices and handle accounts payable activities. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and manage collections. Perform general administrative duties in support of the Finance Department. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or finance role. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel. Good knowledge of Greek GAAP. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Very good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
