• Process full-cycle accounts payable (AP), including invoice verification, coding, obtaining approvals, and executing payments.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) functions, including generating customer invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain journal entries in the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions in a timely manner.
• Process and verify employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
