Responsibilities

AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR AN ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT TO JOIN A WELL-ESTABLISHED, MULTI-ENTITY ORGANISATION WITH A STRONG HERITAGE AND A FORWARD-THINKING APPROACH. THIS ROLE SITS WITHIN A SMALL, COLLABORATIVE FINANCE TEAM AND OFFERS EXPOSURE TO BOTH HEAD OFFICE AND DIVISIONAL OPERATIONS.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, including transactional processing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. This is a varied and hands-on role where your contribution will be visible and valued, with significant scope to broaden your experience and develop within the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with monthly management reporting for Head Office and divisional entities
  • Prepare monthly group recharges and inter-company loan calculations
  • Process day-to-day banking transactions and prepare weekly cash reports
  • Manage purchase and sales ledger processes for multiple entities
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Provide occasional administrative support to Head Office
  • Undertake general ad-hoc finance duties as required
