Description
  • Key Responsibilities:Control and manage end to end Accounts Receivable function.
  • Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities).
  • Analysis of non-trading costs allocation.
  • Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
  • Assist with performing monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
  • GST reconciliation and lodgement of monthly activity statements.
  • Assist with preparing annual budgets (for the entire company and by department).
  • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Preparing monthly depreciation and maintain Fixed Asset Register.
  • Prepare monthly prepayment schedule.
  • Posting monthly journals.
  • Assisting audit with external auditor or other audit tasks.
  • Assisting the tasks with other finance members when required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


  • About You:Proven work experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar role.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures and solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
  • Excellent math skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with different stakeholders within and outside organisation.
  • Time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Desire to obtain CA/CPA accreditation.
