• Assist in managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and customer account reconciliation
• Record and post accounting entries (sales, receipts, journal vouchers, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor and verify supporting documents for financial transactions
• Reconcile customer accounts, bank statements, and ledgers as required
• Support in preparation of aging reports and collection status updates
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain organized records
• Assist with audit requirements and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and queries
• Perform other accounting support functions as assigned by the supervisor
  A minimum of one year of accounts experience in the UAE is mandatory.
