We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Finance Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following: Preparing journals and supporting schedules for financial reports; Maintaining Chart of Accounts; Performing and monitor self-financing projects; Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes; Assisting in preparing Standard Operating Procedures for General Ledger-related workflow; and Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics; At least 3 years of accounting related experience is preferred; Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Experience in Oracle Finance system will be an advantage; and Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
