We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Finance Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Performing daily revenue collection and preparing proper accounting entries in accordance with policies and procedures; Support revenue reconciliation and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes; Coordinating with user departments or other offices/units on tuition fees collection and student-related disbursements; Professionally and promptly manage internal and student inquiries. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics. Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines is highly preferred; 1 year's accounting related experience is preferred (fresh graduates will also be considered); Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. WORD, EXCEL, etc.; Experience in Oracle Finance System will be an added advantage; Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua); Be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and motivation; Responsible, well-organized, attentive to details and independent; and Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
