Job Responsibilities Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventories, replenishing as needed. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required. Take refund requests, receipt requests, and paperwork verification. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
