QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-Secondary Education equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years related experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a team environment by maintaining positive and productive relationships with team and other departments
Responsibilities
  • Entering new clients into internal production system following proper procedures
  • Credit and Rebilling of invoices upon request and required approval
  • Submitting invoice postings throughout the period (current month)
  • Providing invoices based on customer’s request (ie. with job, e-mail, etc.)
  • Submitting invoices through specific customer’s internal portals for payment
  • Providing back-up for current or past jobs based on customer’s requests
  • Entering third-party invoices through internal payable system
  • Validating vendor invoices with PO and matching packing slips to vendor invoices
  • Scanning completed invoices and submitting to BIS admin
  • Checking job items on PTS tracking form.
  • Verifying completion of scan project tracking forms
  • Verifying completion and submission of quarterly vehicle reportOther duties as assigned by manager
