We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join as an Assistant - Administration (Staff Work Level) based at Pannala. This role would enable you to be diligent and keep up to date records on transportations, canteen management. Furter maintaining 3rd party personal files and arranging relevant committee meetings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to keep up to date records on transportations, canteen management and cleaning staff and keep the line manager informed. Maintaining 3rd party personal files. Overlooking meal arrangements with the canteen staff. Arranging relevant committee meetings. KEY REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Final Year Undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management. Negotiation skills. Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
The Assistant - Administration will maintain up-to-date records on transportation, canteen management, and cleaning staff. Additionally, they will manage 3rd party personal files and arrange relevant committee meetings.
