Executive - Administration (Twelve Months Fixed Term Contract) (BASED AT MALABE) MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all activities within the assigned Administration pillar and other additional activities such as maintenance of office premises and supervision of work 3rd party employees in order to ensure adherence to set standards at all times. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor the maintenance of office transport fleet continuously by setting controls, monitoring the cost and taking corrective measurements and attend to vehicle insurance policies Ensure employee safety at all times by giving adequate trainings for drivers and ensuring that vehicles are in good condition Lead and drive the adherence of the required health & safety requirements within all transport providers whilst conducting regular audits on same and Review transport routes to ensure the efficiency of transportation services And prepare monthly expenses/utilization reports and circulate among departments to ensure continuous improvements whilst implementing cost cutting initiatives with the approval from management related to transportation. Inspect the office buildings and its surrounding property for signs of insects, rodents and other pests and organize required treatment through pest control services and prevent any damage to office equipment and premises. Regularly monitoring and attending activities pertaining to Facilities such as Canteen, Garbage and Waste Disposal Management are completed on time and efficiently. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Business Management or any other equivalent qualification 1 year of work experience in the relevant field Good communication skills. Computer literacy
