Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Intimates team as an Assistant – Administration. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join as an Assistant - Administration (Staff Work Level) based at Ratmalana. This role would enable you to be diligent and keep up to date records on transportation and canteen management. Further maintaining 3rd party personal files and arranging relevant committee meetings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Keep records on transportation, canteen management and cleaning staff up to date and keep the line manager informed. Maintain 3rd party personal files. Overlooking meal arrangements with the canteen staff. Arrange relevant committee meetings KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management 2 – 3 years’ experience in manufacturing field Effective communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
