Assistant - Administration  To be based at Battaramulla MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  * Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on office equipment, Facilities and infrastructure  * Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, fire and plumbing issues.  * Co-ordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance  * Maintain accurate records of maintainance activities and inventory of tools and spare parts. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. * Support preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. * Use AutoCAD for space management and building fit-outs. * Carry out routine repair and maintenance audits as per API standards. KEY QUALIFICATIONS * National Vocational qualifications would be an added advantage  * Ability to perform minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire system troubleshooting. * Familiarity with maintenance tools and repair techniques. * AutoCAD proficiency. * Understanding of API standards for routine audits 
Responsibilities
