Assistant - Administration - Operations (Based at MAS Asialine - Embilipitiya) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and oversee staff transportation services, ensuring smooth daily operations and administrative coordination. * Oversee cafeteria operations and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient dining environment. * Administer facility infrastructure and supervise housekeeping/cleaning staff to maintain workplace standards. * Provide administrative support across various business functions as required. * Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in relevant systems and databases. * Prepare meeting minutes, distribute records of discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. * Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines. * Monitor office supply inventory levels and coordinate procurement to maintain adequate stock. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree in Human Resources or relevant field * Good communication skills * Analytical skills * People management * Excel/ word/ PowerPoint knowledge

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations including staff transportation, cafeteria services, and facility maintenance. Provide general business support through data entry, record keeping, and inventory procurement.
