• To provide an effective and efficient management of administration staff working under the remit of the Administrative Services Manager including Staff Officers, Assistant Staff Officers, Medical Secretaries, Ward Clerks, HIPE/coders, Frontline Clerical/Administrative Staff and Clerical Staff assigned to the OPD and Central Appointments Office.
• Manage the development of effective administrative working structures as new services develop within the hospital.
• As new services are developed ensuring staff have the relevant knowledge and experience to facilitate these developments.
