Title: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $59,140 - $63,837 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term position- end date August 29, 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours a week e.g. 9am-4pm Mon-Wed (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Metro Vancouver offices– on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. (Position is On-site)

As an Administrative Assistant you will be experienced in providing comprehensive administrative support including filing, note taking, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and managing expense reports. Skilled in processing and reconciling monthly invoices with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to support community related events and harm reduction trainings, as well as assist in the processing of harm reduction grants. Proven organizational and multitasking skills in a fast paced, team orientated environments.
