Description Delmar Gardens South, a 250-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in south St. Louis County, is looking for a dynamic, licensed Assistant Administrator. This individual must have exceptional communication and organizations skills and be able to work in a fast-paced leadership role. Responsibilities include, but not limited to oversight of the admissions process, heading up community outreach and marketing efforts, assisting with employee relations to include recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and scheduling of staff and having a good understanding of regulatory compliance and day to day operations of the facility.
