  • IT Proficiency – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to pick up client-specific systems.
  • Attention to Detail – accurate, methodical, and numerate approach to work.
  • Industry Awareness – some knowledge of construction/engineering environments is a bonus.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Project Support – help managers with scheduling, budgets, coding works, and tracking progress.
  • Documentation Management – maintain project records, contracts, and compliance files.
  • Coordination – liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to keep workflows smooth.
  • Compliance & Reporting – assist with reports for senior management, ensuring company standards and regulations are followed.
  • Site Support – handle ordering/distribution of site materials and PPE.
