We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join us. You’ll be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department and anticipate and identify customer needs. You’ll be responsible for maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner. You’ll be able to make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.

  • Are you self-motivated, committed and tenacious?
  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience managing your current team?
  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years dealership experience in a volume franchise?
  • Have you managed or supervised a large team in order to meet deadlines whilst delivering a world class customer experience?

FOR YOUR FIRST 5 DAYS IN THE BUSINESS, YOU’LL BE ATTENDING OUR FANTASTIC RESIDENTIAL INDUCTION ACADEMY. THIS IS AT A LOVELY HOTEL IN THE HEART OF THE NORTHAMPTON COUNTRYSIDE, WHERE YOU’LL LEARN ALL ABOUT OUR BUSINESS BEFORE YOU START YOUR NEW ROLE.
