Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Agency Manager to support our day-to-day operations at Kattegat.app, Dubai’s go-to entertainment and event agency.
You’ll be working side-by-side with our Agency Manager, Alyssa, to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes from artist bookings and proposal writing to coordinating with AV suppliers and helping plan full-scale events.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the agency
  • Support the event planning process from concept to execution
  • Coordinate with artists, performers, AV companies, and suppliers
  • Create and edit presentations, proposals, and event decks
  • Maintain and grow our freelancer and subcontractor network
  • Be the face of the agency on camera for simple video updates, social content, and freelancer outreach
  • Help manage WhatsApp groups, databases, and communication flows
  • Stay aligned with the creative team and ensure event briefs are clear and executable
  • Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
