To oversee the smooth operation of the hotel and be the key contact for any guest issues or hotel emergencies. To handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the appropriate leaders. To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way. To take responsibilities to make necessary decisions in absence of General Manager/Hotel Manager/ Excom leaders. To walk through the hotel including outlets and banquet ensuring smooth operation and supporting if necessary. To follow department policies, procedures and service standards To follow all safety policies. Shift work required. Cash handling. Oversee front office and guest services during shift. Rom allocation for arrivals of the next day. Liaise with Guest Experience Manager to ensure VIP guest's needs are met. Identify sales leads to be follow-up up by sales department. Constantly monitor team members' appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism. Motivate and provides a work environment which brings out the best in team members. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel services/features. Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures. Qualifications Previous leadership experience required. Previous PMS experience required. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset. University/College degree in a related discipline an asset or equivalent experience. Report writing.
