Key accountabilities include:

  • Assist with the setup of Supplier Accountability systems.
  • Management of quality results from our markets including daily approvals to send to Suppliers.
  • Calculation of accurate financial outcomes for Supplier Accountability shipments within industry timeframes.
  • Reporting quality outcomes to management, suppliers and wider industry.
  • Resolving system issues as and when they arise.
  • Weekly reporting, including any ad-hoc quality reports required from Commercial and the wider Supply Chain.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and proactively work to implement any process improvements for the Supplier Accountability calculations.
  • Demonstrate customer service excellence in connection with team and business activities.
  • Contribute to organisational projects, analysis or any other tasks as and when required
Responsibilities

This key role within the Commercial team will assist with managing Supplier Accountability reporting within the Zespri Group and providing analysis for any quality or commercial related systems. Reporting to the Commercial Analyst, you will support to the Commercial Management team, the Supply Chain function and the wider industry.
This is a great role for someone who has experience in a commercial environment, such as a Finance Assistant.

This fixed term contract to June 2026 is a part time role working 22 hours per week. These hours can be worked across 3, 4 or 5 days.
