Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: North Little Rock, AR
Salary Expectations: Commensurate with education and experience
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (some evenings/weekends as required for events)

SUMMARY

The Assistant and Development Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President for Advancement and Institutional Strategy and plays a key role in coordinating development initiatives. This position ensures the smooth operation of the office, supports donor engagement and stewardship efforts, and contributes to the strategic advancement goals of the College.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Communications, Business, or related
fields.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive support or development roles,
preferably in higher education.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, and promotional content.
· Effective interpersonal communication skills for engaging with donors, staff, and
external partners.
