• Support senior designers in developing seasonal design concepts, CADs, and presentations.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of tech packs, including specifications, measurements, trims, and construction details and colour CADS.
• Attend fittings and take notes to support design revisions.
• Conduct market and trend research across cycling, performance sportswear, fabrics, and sustainability.
• Organize design files, samples, and reference materials; help prepare materials for design reviews and meetings.
• Maintain and organise design working spaces.
• Maintain the Design archive.
• Participate in design team discussions and contribute ideas, insights, and research findings.
