POSITION SUMMARY:

The full time Assistant Aquatics Director will be responsible for assisting in the administration of aquatics programs and policies at the Framingham MetroWest YMCA branch. Under the direction of the Senior Aquatics Director works collaboratively with the Aquatics staff team to support optimal safety standards at all times. This position will play a key role in community and member relations. Supports Framingham Branch marketing strategies. Competitive salary and benefits! QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. CPR for Professional Rescuer, First Aid, AED, Oxygen, Lifeguard, and YMCA Swim Instructor or equivalent.
3. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments
   of the community.
