This is an outstanding opportunity to join our award winning and expanding Tree Care company. Our experienced Consultancy team is growing and seeking an Assistant Arboricultural Consultant.
Our consultancy department operates alongside but separately from our contracting department. We pride ourselves in offering a truly independent consultancy providing all forms of Arboricultural Consultancy. Our services include full asset surveys, health and safety surveys, BS5837 surveys and reports, sonic tomography decay investigation, subsidence reports and many other specialist reports and advice. Our clients range from facilities management companies and local authorities to private home owners and architects practices. We work responsibly and sustainably to preserve and maintain trees.
Through training and mentoring, you would be required to undertake all aspects of Arboricultural consultancy to provide a high-quality service and provide sound technical advice both internally and externally to clients from all market sectors. Keeping up to date with current industry standards, legislation and trends to enhance our own business strategies.
It is beneficial that all applicants have a minimum of five years of Arboricultural experience. This may be practical experience for applicants wishing to make a change of direction in their career.
Applicants should possess a good standard of adaptable IT skills using common software packages. Experience of, or the ability to utilise, industry specific software and hardware. Full training will be given for industry specific software.
The successful applicant will be offered flexible working including the use of facilities at our Head Office in Reigate, Surrey and must be willing to travel across the southeast to meet clients and undertake site visits. You should possess excellent communication and report writing skills with the willingness to learn and work effectively both independently and within a team.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and be eligible to work within the UK.
