Accdon, a leading author service provider in scholarly publishing, has an opening for a full-time Assistant/Associate Editor. In this position, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of service and the time-sensitive delivery of projects. The Assistant/Associate Editor will build and maintain strong working relationships with editors, have an active role in the manuscript editing process, and assist with day-to-day administrative responsibilities as required. Flexibility is key.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently
*Must be attentive to deadlines
*Must be able to work quickly and accurately
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organizational skills
*Have a college background (PhD or other doctoral degrees preferred); STEM or scientific editing experience is also preferred
