Description Department: History Job Status: Full-time FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Department Chair Grade/Level: Ph.D Amount of Travel Required: None Work Schedule: Positions Supervised: None POSITION SUMMARY The Department of History at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas seeks a tenure-track faculty member, Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (commensurate with experience) in History beginning August 1, 2026. The focus of the position is Modern European History, 1500-present. The successful candidate will teach a variety of upper-level courses in Early Modern and Late Modern European History as well as the World Civilization since 1500 survey.
