We seek a dynamic and student-centered educator to join our Department of Social Sciences, contributing to our mission of providing purpose-driven education that prepares students for meaningful careers and lives of service. Start Date of August 1, 2026. Teach undergraduate courses in psychology, including core and elective offerings aligned with the candidate’s expertise. (24-26 semester hours) Advise and mentor psychology majors, supporting academic progress, career readiness, and graduate school preparation. Participate actively in departmental and university-wide faculty committees. Engage in scholarly activity and professional development. Contribute to curriculum development and assessment efforts. Comply with all policies in the Employee Handbook and the Faculty Handbook. Faculty will teach at the Misenheimer campus and work directly with the faculty of the Social Science Department.
