Silverback Coffee Of Rwanda in Los Angeles, CA is looking for one assistant baker to join our team asap. We are located in DTLA. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, clean and reliable. Has to be willing to start early morning hours

Responsibilities

• Help our head baker Set up workstations / Scheduling and creative
• Prepare & bake to business standards
• Anticipate needs of available baking items and act accordingly - Inventory
• Follow and maintain health and safety guidelines
• Stock products using FIFO methods

Qualifications

• Experience working as a baker and or bread maker
• Ability to work with a team towards success
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with baking equipment and utensils (Ovens / Mixers etc)
