We are seeking a passionate assistant Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and baking, with a keen understanding of food safety and production practices. As an assistant Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality baked goods that delight our customers and contribute to our restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread products to during the preparation and baking process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.
