JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Baker. This role is essential in creating beautiful and delicious sourdough bread and pastries that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and sourdough baking , along with the ability to work with a team. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all breads are prepared, and packaged to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sourdough bread shaping and baking
  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, particularly in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
