A fantastic opportunity for an assistant role with no evening work, set days off and a chance to work in a new central production Studio right in the heart of Windsor.
Bakery experience is great but not required, just a willingness to learn new things!

Heidi Bakery is a bustling group of seven bakery/coffee shops in the Western Home Counties. We’re dedicated to high-quality, handmade pastries and great coffee, creating delightful experiences for every customer.
We have recently opened a new studio and central kitchen, the heart of our baking operation. We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery items including production of viennoiserie.
• Support the Head Chef and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained.
• Learn and develop your baking skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
