What you’ll do: The Assistant Bakery/Deli Manager is responsible for assisting the Bakery/Deli Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bakery and deli departments. This includes managing inventory, coordinating product displays, ensuring product quality, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves training and developing staff, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the Bakery/Deli Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. Assists in managing inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and available for customers. Coordinates and manages product displays to ensure they are visually appealing and meet merchandising standards. Provides leadership to the bakery and deli team, including goal setting, performance management, training, and development. You have 3+ years of relevant customer service experience with 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
