JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and management, with a passion for creating high-quality baked goods. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for opening or closing the bakery, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a team of bakers and staff to deliver delicious products that meet our customers’ needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in bakery management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Proficiency in cake decorating and pastry techniques is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient knife skills for food preparation tasks.
