Assistant Bank Manager, Central Otago Lakes Queenstown or Wanaka for the right candidate Full time, Permanent Monday to Friday Supporting Queenstown, Wanaka & Alexandra branches Mō te Tūranga – About the Role As an Assistant Bank Manager, you’ll be the Bank Manager’s right hand, helping lead the branch with energy, care, and a sharp focus on what matters most: our people and our customers. You’ll play a key role in improving branch efficiencies, supporting compliance, and making sure our team understands and applies banking policies and processes. You’ll also coach, develop, and motivate your team to deliver memorable customer experiences — every time.
